“Maseko have been incredibly helpful in redirecting my delivery after the sender provided an incorrect address. They went above and beyond, keeping me informed through phone calls and emails to ensure my delivery was handled with care and personal attention. I cannot praise their professionalism, dedication, and outstanding customer service highly enough. Thank you for making what could have been a frustrating experience so smooth and stress-free”

“Fantastic Customer Service! I sent a package from South Africa to France, and although the estimated delivery date was 5 October, it arrived earlier than expected on 1 October! Unfortunately, I wasn’t home when the delivery driver arrived, but they were understanding and kindly arranged to have my package delivered to my workplace. My first experience sending items from France to the UK with this company was disappointing, but this time the service was much better. I really appreciate the efficiency, flexibility, and effort shown to ensure my package reached me safely. A big thank you to everyone involved for the excellent service!”

“They are one of the few couriers we trust with priceless paintings. Their attention to **crating and insurance documentation** is impeccable.”
